Presented by: Ashley Harding, M.A.
Wednesday, March 19th, 11am-12pm PT
Location: Zoom
This talk will explore the mental health challenges faced by neurodivergent students, particularly those in middle and high school. It will focus on the effects of masking, where students hide their neurodivergent traits to fit in, often resulting in increased anxiety and emotional exhaustion. The presentation will provide practical strategies for educators, professionals, and families to create supportive environments that reduce the need for masking and promote mental well-being.
⭐️ Public event. Open to educators, mental health and medical professionals, families, and anyone interested.
